- Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees C.
- Firstly prepare the mushroom stuffing by adding mash potato, chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, pressed green peas, salt, and lemon juice. Mix and keep aside.
- For making the tandoori marination for mushrooms, take a bowl and add hung curd, chili powder, chaat masala, kasoori methi, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, roasted chana powder, and salt. Mix well to make a thick paste.
- Marinate the mushrooms with this mixture.
- Fill the potato mixture in the mushroom and then take the tooth pick and insert in the middle.
- Before keeping the stuffed mushroom in the air fryer, coat them with little oil and then place the mushroom pieces in the air fryer at 180 degrees C for 6 to 7 minutes.
- Remove and serve hot with mint chutney or any sauce of your choice.
