Sweet kudumulu is a traditional andhra dish which is prepared with rice flour, chana dal and jaggery during ganesh chaturthi and other festivals.
- Take rice flour and add little luke warm water to make a dough with salt in it.
- Mash boiled chana dal and add some jaggery, almonds, cashew nuts, cardamom powder, ghee and mix it nicely.
- Make small dumplings with the rice flour and make small puri’s with hands.
- Now keep the stuffing mixture one side and seal it by folding and applying water to the edges.
- Steam it in a steamer for 15 minutes.
- Remove the lid and serve hot with little ghee on it.
