Steamed or Baked buns are a popular snack or appetizer in many Asian cuisines.
- In a bowl add all purpose flour, sugar, yeast, little milk, pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon oil and mix thoroughly to form a dough, then keep aside for 45 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil and add ginger, garlic, green chillies, carrot, salt, onions and saute it.
- Add french beans, MSG, sweet corn and saute it.
- Add corn flour switch off the flame and mix thoroughly.
- To it add coriander leaves, spring onions and mix the stuffing nicely.
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll it to make a long oval shape.
- Apply water on it and spread the mixture on one side, fold it as shown in the video.
- Apply the water on the top and again roll it then press it lightly with hand.
- Spread oil to the plate and place the prepared buns.
- Steam it for 10 -15 minutes until it does not stick to the hands.
Now the steam buns are ready to serve.
