Soya granules burgers is a protein rich burger, it's kids special recipe. Where soya granules cooked with mild spices and potatoes.
- Take soya granules and place in boiling water for 5 minutes, squeeze water and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, onions, little salt and saute it for 1 minutes.
- Add sweet corns, pepper powder, mixed herbs and saute it, switch off flame.
- Take a bowl and add soya granules, boiled potato, little salt, sweet corn mixture and mix nicely.
- Now make patties and dip in all purpose flour slurry and coat it with bread crumbs.
- Heat butter in a pan and add patties and shallow fry them until light golden colour.
- Cut burger bread into two pieces and heat them in the same pan.
- Spread mayonnaise on the burger bread and top it with slices of tomato, cucumber, onions, tomato ketchup, fried pattie, little more tomato ketchup, lettuce.
- Apply butter to top burger bread pieces and place it on top of lettuce.
Now soya granules burger is ready to serve.
