An innovative variation to the Punjabi delicacy dahi vada, Soya granules masala dahi vada is prepared from soya nuggets and urad dal.
- Take soya nuggets and place in boiling water for 5 minutes, squeeze water and keep aside.
- Take mixie jar and add urad dal and blend into thick batter.
- Take a bowl and add urad dal batter, salt, ginger and mix nicely, later add soya mixture and mix nicely.
- Heat oil in a pan and drop in small vadas of soya and urad dal mixture.
