- Take a pan add oil, urad dal, onion chopped, salt mix well and then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric mix well, curry leaves, chili powder, mix well then add the cut ridge Gourd and let it cook till it is done
- Now add cube tomato, coriander powder and cook for 2 min and top it off with coriander leaves.
