Aloo makhana curry is a yummy North Indian style gravy recipe prepared using Phool makhana and potatoes. This perfect curry dish is always a delight to have at any time with some nice poori or roti.
- Blend baby onions and tomato cubes to a fine paste.
- Boil potatoes and keep aside.
- Roast phoolmakhana (fox nuts)in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and transfer to a plate.
