- Take a bowl, add chickpea flour, rice flour, finely chopped curry leaves, green chilies, carom seeds, cooking soda, salt, water and mix nicely to make bajji batter.
- Remove peel of ridge gourd and cut into oval shape.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Once oil gets hot, dip the ridge gourd pieces in batter and put in hot oil.
