Peanut Chutney Powder is a perfect blend of roasted peanuts, garlic cloves and chillies in  South Indian  Style Peanut and Garlipowder is a very popular spice mix prepared as an accompanied served with Idli, dosa, pesarattu etc. This is a very popular and easy to prepare South Indian style dry spice mix chutney powder. The savor of peanuts and garlic is an excellent combination mixed with other aromatic ingredients making this extremely fresh and flavorful.

Dry chutney powders are quintessential accompanied with most south Indian breakfast dishes. Most of the ingredients added in this spice powder are initially dry roasted until you get a nice aroma lingering while roasting, cooled and then is put in the blender and ground to fine powder. This spice powder can be stored in airtight container for at least 15 days to a month. The peanut and garlic chutney powder has an awesome spicy, slightly sweet and nutty taste. The roasted garlic gives a fantastic flavor to this chutney powder while red chillies elevate the spiciness. You could also eat this powder mixed in hot rice with little ghee or chapatti or roti.

Dry Chutney powders are usually made in little larger quantities for further use. They are excellent spice powders that can also be used as a spread on sandwiches or on chapatti or parathas that kids can take for lunch or picnic if they don’t want to mess their tiffin box or bag with wet curry or gravy dishes. Roasted and crushed nuts are often sprinkled over salads, desserts, particularly sundaes and other ice cream based preparations.

Indian common and popular sweetmeat is the Chikki made generally with groundnut and jaggery. Groundnut/ peanut are a versatile ingredient used for preparing savory and sweet dishes. They are used in making a variety of rich and creamy gravy dishes.  Groundnuts are also added to numerous wet and dry chutneys. They enhance the flavour and give an amazing texture to the dish. Groundnuts are the prime ingredients in this dish and are good for health too.

Other ingredients like cumin seeds, sesame seeds, garlic, dry red chillies, hing, have their own distinctive flavors to make this fatta fat chutney powder highly delectable to taste. This peanut and garlic chutney powder will come as a pleasant and refreshing surprise for all the garlic lovers as garlic complements well with red chillies and offers a pleasing garlicky flavour. Garlic is claimed to help prevent heart disease (including atherosclerosis, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure) and cancer. It is used to prevent certain types of cancer, including stomach and colon cancers. Garlic is also alleged to help regulate blood sugar levels. Dry chutneys also taste exceptionally well mixed with hot steamed rice and some delicious and aromatic ghee (clarified butter), mixed well and eaten.

This tastes truly divine and appetizing. Some of these chutney powders are also readily available in the market but mostly made at home as they are simple, fresh and easy to make. The nuts are enriched with many noteworthy health-benefiting nutrients that are essential for optimum health. So do try to make this refreshing and comforting chutney powder at home when you have time. I am sure you will love the taste and the process. Peanut and garlic fatta fat chutney powder is an awesome dish that combines all flavors like the spiciness, nuttiness and tanginess together. It’s quite a simple dish to prepare and affordable as most of the ingredients would be available at every kitchen.

As one of your humble and avid viewers, small suggestion is to add 1 tsp of flaxseeds  to the above preparation during roasting stage which is sure will enhance the powder chutney's taste(i have done it & sure it tasted great)?
