This recipe is made with the combination of pressed rice and coconut milk which is easy and spicy and good for health, especially in winter.
- In a pestle add ginger, green chilies, salt, fennel seeds, peppercorns and crush it.
- Now take a bowl and add water, tomatoes, onion and boil it for 15 minutes.
- Later add above crushed mixture, turmeric powder, flattened rice, coriander roots, curry leaves and cook it on a slow flame for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes remove the coriander roots and mash it, later add little water, salt, sugar, squeeze lime juice and cook it for few minutes.
- Finally add coconut milk, coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
