- Take a bowl and add chickpea flour, sour butter milk, asafoetida, turmeric powder, salt and whisk it nicely without lumps.
- Transfer it into a bowl and on high flame pressure cook for 3 whistle.
- Cook it on slow flame for 5 -8 minutess and switch off the flame.
- Grease the flat surface and spread the pressure cooked batter then allow it cool.
- Make the slits, peel with knife and roll it, then place it on serving plate.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, asafoetida, green chillies, curry leaves and saute it.
- Transfer above tempering on top of serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
