Plantain sukke is a variety dal recipe prepared with dal and raw plantain. This can be served with roti or rice.
- Peel the plantain and cut into pieces.
- Boil both the dals.
- Heat the pan and add chana dal, toor dal, tamarind juice, jaggery, plantain, water, little turmeric powder and mix it, and cook with lid on it.
- Heat the pan and add coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, chana dal, red chillies and dry roast later transfer into mixie jar.
