This is a Non vegetarian snack recipe prepared with chicken in air fryer.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and ginger, saute it for a minute.
- Then add sliced onions, salt, saute it and add shredded cabbage, red cabbage, red chilli flakes, cook it for 2 minutes.
- Add MSG, boiled and shredded chicken, soya sauce, chopped spring onions, saute it for 2 minutes.
- Finally add cornstarch mix it well, transfer this into a plate, so extra moisture will come out.
- In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, salt, required water and make it into a soft dough.
- Take the dough and roll it like a thin sheet by using dry flour.
- Cut into small squares and apply the egg in the corners like ‘L’ shape and stuff the chicken mixture in the corner and fold the edges.
- Brush the spring rolls with little oil.
- Pull out the basket and drop the spring rolls inside and air fry for 7 minutes at 180 degree.
- Remove and serve with sauce.
