This biryani is slightly different from the usual method, the chicken is first fried and then added to the masala.
- Boil chicken in hot water by seasoning with ginger garlic paste, curd, salt (to taste).
- Now in a pan, heat oil then add cumin seeds, whole garam masala spices (cinnamon stick, cardamom, shah jeera, cloves), chopped green chilies, mint leaves, salt, along with 2 cups of water (for 1 cup of rice) and boil it.
