Peas masala or mattar masala is a very simple and popular dish especially from the Punjabi cuisine.
- Heat oil in wide pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, split black gram and curry leaves.
- When it splutter add onions and ginger garlic paste . Fry them until golden and crisp.
