Panna cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatine and moulded. The cream may be aromatized with rum, coffee, vanilla, or other flavorings.
- Heat pan, add cream, sugar, vanilla essence and bring it to one boil.
- Switch off flame and add coconut milk, gelatin mixed in hot water.
- Strain into glass jar and pour ¾ into roly poly glass and silicon moulds, keep in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
