Paneer in spicy tomato sauce is a very popular North Indian dish. This paneer in spicy tomato sauce is a delicately spiced dish, paneer cubes cooked in a rich spicy tomato sauce.
Cut four tomatoes and grind it with garlic in the mixer.
Roast cumin and coriander seed and grind to a fresh powder.
In a heavy bottom pan, heat oil and fry the paneer cubes till lightly brown. Keep the paneer aside and in the same oil put the tomatoes and garlic mixture.
When it boils put the paneer and let it be cooked till done.
