spinach and soya are rich in vitamins.prepation for palak soya gravy is same like palak paneer gravy, instead of paneer we are using meal maker/soya balls,
soya balls should be added before adding palak paste, because it absorbs all the ingredients and it gets taste. lastly add coconut milk/cream before offing the stove so that milk wont break.
