- Wash, clean and cut meat.
- Wash and break cauliflower in to flowerttes.
- Peel and slice onions.Crush ginger.
- Heatoil fry sliced onions. When brown add meat, turmeric powder, coriander powder and ginger. Fry well on a slow fire.
- Add chopped tomatoes and beaten curds.
- When tomatoes are cooked, add cauliflower, chilli powder and salt. Mix well and cook gently till mutton and cauliflower are well cooked.
- Simmer till all liquid is reduced and serve hot.
