FOR KOFTA:
- Clean mutton and keep 200garms aside.
- Take the pressure cooker and add mutton,onion, ginger garlic paste, almonds, coriander leaves, mint leaves dry roasted chana dal, oil, turmeric powder, salt and cook for 4 whistle.
- Cool and transfer it into the mixie jar and add leftover mutton pieces, blend it coarsely and make the round balls.
- Deep fry the koftas in hot oil and keep aside.
FOR GRAVY:
- Take the mixie jar and add poppy seeds, ground nuts, chironji, cashew nut and blend into smooth paste.
- Heat oil in the pan and add onions, ginger garlic paste and saute it.
- Add smooth paste, salt, red chilly powder and yogurt mix it thoroughly cook for 20 minutes.
- Now add fried koftas and cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice.
