This is curry recipe. It is famous in Karnataka and served along with poori.
- Take a pan and add poppy seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and dry roast it.
- Transfer into mixie jar and add green chillies, cashew nut, ginger, garlic, fresh coconut and blend into smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and add fennel seeds, onions, salt, curry leaves and saute it for a 1 minute.
- To it add paste and saute it, later add carrots, French beans, potato and saute it.
- Add water and cook for 6-7 minutes, with lid on it.
- Add blanched cauliflower, fresh green peas and mix it.
- Add curd and mix nicely, check for seasoning and add lime juice, coconut oil.
- Atlast add coriander leaves and mix thoroughly.
Now vegetable sagu is ready to serve.
