Mushroom methi chaman is an authentic healthy vegetarian recipe, made with mushrooms, spinach and methi (fenugreek leaves).
- Heat a pan and add onions, garlic, saute it by adding butter and green chillies cook it for a minute
- Add cornmeal powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, mushroom pieces and add milk little by little, mix it well.
- Now add spinach and fenugreek leaves, cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Add nutmeg powder and adjust the seasoning by adding salt.
- Finally, add a pinch of sugar, cream to it, mix it well.
- Reduce heat and simmer till the gravy thickens.
Serve this with Naan or chapati.
