Mushroom Galouti Kebab is a very tasty snack. It can be used as a party starter or an evening snack. It is delicious and mouth watering.
- Firstly boil the mushrooms in water.
- In a hot pan add oil, chopped onions, salt, and saute it.
- Now add chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste and saute it till the raw flavor disappears.
- Now add boiled mushrooms, garam masala powder, cumin powder, chopped paneer and saute it.
- Now switch off the flame and add par boiled chopped potatoes and saute it nicely.
- Blend this into a paste and take into a plate.
- Adjust the consistency by adding bengal gram flour into it.
