- First chop onions and green chillies finely into slices.
- Wash fenugreek leaves and keep it aside.
- Soak rice and moong dal for few minutes.
- Heat oil or ghee in apan and add whole garam masala spices(cloves, asafoetida, cardamom etc).
- Then add onions, green chillies and saute it. Now add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped tomatoes and cook it on slow flame.
