Masala Namakpare are Crisp spicy and savory snacks, which are best with tea.
- Take all purpose flour, sooji, coriander powder, carom seeds, cumin powder, amchoor powder, red chilly powder, salt, butter in a bowl and mix it.
- Now add little buttermilk and knead like a dough.
- Add little oil and knead it once again.
- After 5 minutes of resting with the help of dusting flour roll it with a rolling pin.
- Now with a knife or pizza cutter cut into diamond shape or any shape of your choice.
- Deep fry them in hot oil.
- Take them out on a tissue paper when they become little golden yellow.
