Lacha paratha is one of the famous recipe of North India. Lacha paratha is a kind of flaky multi-layered bread cooked on the tawa. Lacha Paratha is whole wheat layered flat bread. Lacha Paratha is a treat with any meal and can be served with any gravy base dish.
- Take a bowl and add wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, carom seeds, turmeric powder, sour buttermilk and mix thoroughly to make paratha dough.
- Knead dough with little oil and rest it for 15 -20 minutes..
