- Boil the mutton in a pressure cooker adding little salt and turmeric powder.
- In a pan , add 2 tablespoon oil, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, onions and fry till it becomes golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder. fry it for about 2 minutes.
- Now add double beans. fry It well for about 3 minutes.
- Now add garam masala , chilli paste, coriander leaves and sliced chillies or capsicum or jalapeno and cook it well.
- Add curd and turn the flame to high. the curd must be cooked in hight flame for about 2 minutes.
- Now add coriander powder. fry well.
- Add boiled mutton along with water, salt if requiredand cook it with a closed lid for about 10 minutes.
- Sqeeze the lemon juice and garnish it with coriander leaves.
