Hariyali Horlicks Oats Balls is a delicious and healthy snack recipe. These oatmeal energy balls help us in fulfilling the day's nutrition requirement.
- To start with the preparation process of green sauce, use a blender to make a fine paste of chopped capsicum, green chilies, onion, raw mangoes, coriander leaves, mint leaves and keep it aside.
- In a bowl, add boiled and chopped potatoes then season it with green peas, coriander leaves, salt and mash it.
- Now, make small dumplings (small balls) with the prepared mixture by adding horlicks oats to it and keep them aside.
- Prepare a slurry of all-purpose flour, corn flour, garam masala powder, turmeric powder along with salt (to taste) and water.
- Now to complete the preparation of green sauce, heat oil in a pan, add the paste which was blended at the start of the process and season it with nutmeg, salt, garam masala powder, coconut milk and cook it for about 2 minutes.
- Dip the prepared dumplings in the slurry and coat them with horlicks oats.
- Deep fry the dumplings in hot oil and serve them hot with prepared green sauce.
