Gurda Kapoora Biryani is a special meat dish originated from from Lahore in Punjab.
- In a pan and add water, oil, salt, basmati rice and cook it well.
- Take a pan and add oil, turnip, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves, curd, brown onions, green chillies, salt and cook it well.
- Now add kidney, testicle and cook it.
- Top it up with cooked rice, brown onions, saffron and put on the lid and cook it.
