This is a Italian dish.We build deep flavor by cooking the browned gnocchi in a quick tomato sauce enriched with cream .This gnocchi with lighter tomato cream sauce only takes about 10 minutes to prepare and is so simple, quick and delicious.
- Take a bowl add hot mashed potato, salt, flour, beaten egg and make it like a dough.
- Take small portion of dough and with gratter roll it.
- Repeat the process for all gnocchi's and keep it a side.
- In a hot boiling water add salt, oil and add gnocchi's for boiling it.
- Then transfer in to a plate add some oil and rest it.
- Take a pan add oil, chopped garlic, chopped onions, chilli flakes and saute it.
- Then add tomatoes without seeds, salt, crushed pepper, mixed herbs and saute it.
- After a while add tomato puree, salt, pepper powder, sugar, cream and water.
- Then add boiled gnocchi dumplings, chives and toast it.
- Transfer into a plate grate it with cheese and garnish with chives.
Now gnocchi with creamy tomato soup is ready to serve.
