This mutton gravy is eaten in Maharashtra.
- Wash Mutton and apply the paste of ginger and garlic and salt.
- Fry the above given masala in a little oil.
- Cut 4 onions and fry them in oil.
- When onions are golden, add grated coconut. fry/roast it ans then grind it fine in the mixer.
- Grind the fried masala fine from step 2 as well.
- Heat oil in a vessel and add the remaining onions and fry it till golden brown.
- Add mutton to it and the grinded masala and the grinded onion/coconut mixture.
- Add water to desired consistency and cook mutton on small/medium flame with lid on.
