This is a my favorite homemade pancake recipe. kids love it and it is very tasty. It can be serve as breakfast or snack.
- Place water in bowl. Add dry milk and beat until mixture has no lump and get soft.Add remaining ingredients except egg whites.
- Beat egg whites in another bowl, till soft peaks form.Mix it in the above mixture
- Heat tawa or griddle. Add butter. Then pour 2 tbsp batteron hot, greased griddle. Bake until golden brown. Turn and bake on other side.
Serve it hot.
