- Soak the urad dal for 2 hours and make fine paste of it
- In a bowl add urad dal paste, rice flour, all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder. and by adding water make it like a dosa batter
- To this add honey and mix well.
- Now Heat the tawa and pour the batter and spread it like a dosa.
- On the top of it put the egg and spread all the sides, and also add some oil.
- To that add gunpowder, onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, tomatoes, korma.
