Dry prawns and ridge gourd curry is a tasty recipe. It is a very famous south Indian dish, which is served with rice, roti, pulka.
- Clean dry shrimp by removing tail and head of it
- Chop ridge gourd into pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions, salt and saute it.
- Take a pan boil water in it and add dry shrimp and cook for 1min switch off the flame.
- Add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, turmeric powder and saute it.
- To it add ridge gourd, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and saute it, later place lid cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove lid and add boiled dry shrimp without water and saute it later cook it with closed lid for about 5 minutes.
- Then add garam masala and mix well.
