- Take urad dal powder, add ghee, milk, and mix it well, and strain this mixture well, put this powder into the hot ghee and cook for some time in a slow flame (45 minutes).
- Take another pan add sugar, water, to make a syrup, Pour this syrup into the flour mixture and mix it well, let it cool for this mixture.
- Heat ghee and fry the gond and keep it aside, and crush the some of the fried gond and add into the mixture and mix it well.
- When mixture is cool down add nutsand make ladoo.
