Description

Dal Rangila is super tasty and healthy dish prepared from green leafy vegetables can be included in your daily meal.

    1. Roast moong dal, urad dal, chana dal, masoor dal,toordal in a slow flame with 2 teaspoons of ghee.
    2. Now cook the roasted dal in boiling water.
    3. Heat gheein a pan, saute dry red chilies, mustard seeds, when they splutter, add cumin seeds, chrushed garlic,hing, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chopped onions and stir it for about 2 minutes.
    4. Then add chopped green chilies, tomatoes, spinach and cook till tomatoes turn slightlytender.
    5. Nowadd the cookeddal, butter, salt and cook for another 5 minutes.

Dal Rangila is now ready to serve with hot rice.
