Dahi Wale Chawal - Curd Rice (South Indian Dish)1

Curd rice is a very popular south India dish and is truly a comfort food. It tastes great with just a pickle or any chutney or even dal's.

• Boil rice and Keep it aside.
• In a pan, put Ghee, mustard seeds, Green Chillies, curry leaves and saute for 5 minutes.
• Beat Yoghurt and mix the same in the above pan.
• Stir for about 1 minute and add to the boiled rice.

Dahi wale chawal is ready to serve.
