Corn Rava Dosa, is an instant dosa recipe which is very healthy and tasty as well. This quick is best breakfast dish to serve your family as it can be prepared instantly.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves, chopped onion, green chilies, turmeric powder, chopped ginger and saute it till onions turn slightly transparent.
- Then add green peas, grated carrot, salt (to taste) along with water and saute it for about 5 minutes.
- Add boiled and mashed potatoes and cook it by stirring occasionally.
- Later garnish with chopped coriander leaves and keep aside.
- In a bowl, add corn, semolina, all-purpose flour, salt, rice flour, hing, cumin seeds, crushed pepper and mix to dosa batter consistency by adding water in small quantities.
- Heat oil in a pan, add one ladleful of batter and spread it evenly.
- Then on one side roast it by sprinkling gun powder, oil and prepared potato mixture.
- Nowfold the dosa to half and serve it hot.
