A pancake/Dosa very similar to Rava Dosa....
- Mix cornflourand maida.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well. You can also add other spices, curry leaves etc to your taste . Mix this into a very very thin Batter.Almost 3 times thinner than a normal Dosa batter.
- Now Pour this batter with the help of a cup in a heated skillet. Try to form a circle while pouring.(Do not try to pour the whole thing in the centre) then make a circle with a ladle. This will not work as the batter is very thin.
- After you pour you should find lot of tiny holes in the dosa... ( you will know what I mean if you are familiar with Rava dosa) Cook it on a very low flame.
- Add some oil on the sides of the dosa while cooking.Then once they are cooked crispy. Remove it.
- You can eat it with Chutney /Sambar or even some nice pickle.I like to add White, Yellow Corn flour in equal proportions as I like the colour which it gives. This proportion should give you at least 5 dosas.( Medium sized ).
- As they are very thin you can enjoy quite a few in a one sitting ...
