- Soak the basmati or sona masoori rice for an hour.
- First put a pan on stove and add some ghee and some oil and add cloves,cinnamon and cardamom then fry for a while.
- Add chopped onions and slit green chilies and fry them for 3 minutes then add gingergarlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
- Then add the coriander leaves to it and fry again for 2 minutes.
