Clams curry is made with indian spices mostly prepared in coastal regions.
- In a boiling water, cook clams. They will open remove the flesh and throw the upper part of shell but keep few with shells attached to it for more taste. Keep aside.
- Now in a pan take some oil and fry red whole chillies, coriander seeds and add it to grated coconut along with turmeric powder also add asefotida and grind it .
- In a pan take oil and fry onions, and the above paste.After 4-5 minutesadd Clams. Add Salt and bring it to boil.
