This dish doesn't have a gravy and threrefore should be served with naan and not over rice.
- Blend coriander leaves, mint leaves ,green chilies, salt in a fine paste and keep a side.
- Take a pan add oil, chopped onions ,salt and saute it . Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add green paste and cook till it release oil from it.
- Once it get cooked, add chopped curry leaves and cook it till mixture get dry.
- Then add shrimp, mix well so all the green paste coat shrimp properly.
- After that add crushed pepper on top and cook for 2-3minutes with the lid on it.
- Then mix it and again cook for 2 minutes. Now add garam masala and mix well.
- Switch off the flame and add lime juice.
