Chole Dhania Masala is a spicy chick pea curry cooked in a flavourful green masala.
- Soak kabuli chana for about 2-3 hours and boil in a pressure cooker till 3-4 whistles.
- Heat oil in a pan, add crushed coriander seeds, coriander leaves, saute it.
- Now add finely chopped onions, salt (to taste), saute it for another minute.
- Then add ginger garlic paste, cook this till raw flavour is gone.
