Paneer do pyaza is an appealing paneer dish with luscious paneer or cottage cheese cubes cooked in a rich and creamy onion based gravy. This is a vegetarian adaption of the popular non-vegetarian dish, Chicken Do Pyaza.
- In a bowl add corn flour, all-purpose flour, chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, mix this with water and coat the paneer with this mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan add paneer cook this till golden in color, transfer the paneer into another plate.
- In the same pan add butter, when butter is melted add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, amchur powder, red chili powder, pepper powder, salt, coriander chopped, onion slices, bell pepper (green and yellow), spring onions, toss it and add tomato ketchup, add paneer, mix it well, then switch off the flame.
