Chitti Ullipaya Chicken Curry also called as Small Onion Chicken Curry is a delicious variant of chicken gravy delicacies with a twist of coconut milk flavor in it.
- Dry roast coriander seeds, pepper corns, dry red chilies till they turn slightly brown in color then add fennel seeds, cumin seeds , saute them and blend them to a fine powder.
- Heat oil in a pan, add baby onions, saute it well, transfer to the same blender cointaining powdered masala,blend them all to a fine paste and keep aside.
- Use the same pan to heat oil, add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, salt prepared paste and cook it till oil oozes out of the gravy.
- Now add chicken and cook it with closed lid for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Then add coconut milk, coriander leaves, give it a mix and cook for some more time.
