This is a Chinese home style dish with eggplant and potato. It is very tasty and easy to prepare.
- Cut potato and tofu into cubes.
- Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, corn flour, spices powder of (cloves, cinnamon, cardamon, cumin seeds), water and mix nicely to make bajji batter.
- To it add potato and coat it and deep fry in hot oil, transfer into paper towel.
- In the rest of batter add tofu and deep fry in oil, later transfer into same paper towel.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in another pan and add dry red chillies, garlic, ginger, diced green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, onions and saute it.
- To it add soya sauce, vinegar, green chili sauce, red chili sauce, salt, tomato ketchup, fried potato, tofu and saute it.
- Transfer into serving plate and garnish with spring onions.
