- Take a bowl add curd, coconut powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, water and mix well and make a paste keep it aside.
- Now take a pan add oil, whole garammasala, black cumin seeds, bay leaf, onions, salt fry till golden brown color, then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chicken, mix well cook till it changes the color.
- Now add curd masala mixture and then add enough water and cook for 30 minutes till chicken is tender, on a slow flame.
