This is a non vegetarian snack recipe. The chicken bread is one of favourite braided and stuffed breads for children.
- Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, yeast, sugar, salt, little oil, water and mix nicely to make soft dough, cover it with wrap and keep aside for 1 hour.
- Take a boneless chicken and chop it and boil it.
- Heat butter in a pan and add chopped garlic, ginger, all purpose flour and saute it, remove from stove and add milk little by little by mixing it
- Place it on stove and add mixed herbs, red chili flakes, little salt and saute it until it become thick. 5. Add sweet corn, chicken and saute it.
- Dust some flour and roll dough into sheet and place chicken mixture in the center, top it with grated cheese, chopped onions, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, spring onions, coriander leaves like as shown in video.
- Apply little milk to corner, fold and close edges. Place on baking tray and give egg wash, allow it proof for 15 mins. Transfer into oven and bake it for 220 degree for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Atlast remove from oven and give a butter wash, later cut into pieces. Now chicken bread is ready to serve.
