Chicken nuggets pulao is a delicious chicken and rice recipe with yummy kofta in it.
Kofta preparation:
- Grind Chicken pieces, onion pieces into fine paste and add finely chopped ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, curd salt and blend it again to mix it well.
- Now make small balls or kofta tikkis and deep fry them in hot oil.
- Take them out on a tissue paper when they become golden brown color and keep them aside.
Preparation of Pulao:
- Boil water and add basmati rice.
- When the rice boils add ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves.
- When basmati rice cooks 70% strain the water from rice and switch off the flame.
- Take another pan and heat oil in it.
- Add onions and saute them till they become red in colour.
- Now add garlic, green chilies, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt and mint leaves, then add curd also to make a gravy.
- Take a wide bowl add rice and arrange it in a single layer.
- Now add some gravy and make another layer.
- Then again rice and the koftas.
- Add lemon juice and finally add ghee.
- Cover it with a lid and let it cook for another 15 minutes on a very slow flame.
