This is a famous dish of Chettinad in Tamil Nadu, it is delicious, prepared with ladies finger, tamarind juice served with rice.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, garlic, fennel seeds, red chillies, curry leaves, shallots, onions, salt and saute it.
- To it add okra, rice congee, tamarind juice, salt and cook until it is done.
- Take a raw banana and remove skin and peel into thin slices and place in water.
